REPORTING & REGULATORY MANAGER (RR-MGR)

Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in Accounting, Finance or IT with a minimum GPA of 3.00
· The candidate should have 5 (five) years experience as banking auditor
· Excellent in managing relationships with the Audit Committee, Senior Management, employees, parent company, regulators, and external parties.
· Have broad knowledge and exposure in establishing the audit universe, risk assessment and annual audit plan
· The candidate is expected to work with senior managers across the business to drive the risk management process
· Understanding of internal control mechanism
· Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
· Able to work well under tight deadline and pressure
· A self starter who is ambitious and a strongly motivated team player
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a great teamwork spirit
· Good command of English language, both in written and verbal
· Able to work independently
· Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia
