Credit Officer and Research Analyst Financial Institutions Global Market


Responsibilities:

* Establish and enhance the credit policies and manuals for FI clients according to Indonesia regulations and practices.
* Assess risks of FI clients, granting credit facilities; supervise the utilization and return of credit lines independently.
* Administer the granting and utilization of FI credit facilities of the Bank independently.
* Liaise with Credit Review of the bank to coordinate relevant policies and procedures of credit review and management incidents of the Bank and other credit issues information sharing.
* Liaise with ICBC Group FI Credit Review Team to coordinate relevant policies and procedures of credit review and management incidents of the Bank and other information sharing.
* Conduct credit evaluation of new facility proposals and reviews of local and foreign banks, and non-bank-financial institutions. Report credit facility proposals to Group FI for further assessment and approval.
* Preparation of ad hoc credit application proposals.
* Supervise the credit quality of the client portfolio, Participate to optimize return and risk decisions with the objective of maximizing the Bank’s relationship economic profit and overall revenues.
* Keep abreast of market development and provide high quality information to senior management on new policies, opportunities and issues related to financial market/industries and regulatory environment on a regular weekly or ad hoc basis.
* Provide in-depth Client and Industry research report on bi-monthly basis.
* Monitoring compliance o FI line aspects in association with compliance officer, in-house or external legals.
* Managing and monitoring a portfolio of bank loan facilities for clients within the financial services sectors.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Relationship and Product Officer Financial Institutions Global Market


Responsibilities:

* Manage and develop ICBC Group’s relationship with institutional clients including banks, non-bank financial institutions, settlement institutions and public exchanges in Indonesia and surrounding region.

Credit Administration/Documentation Senior Officer




Major Responsibilities



The job holder would be expected to check and prepare facility letters and secure documentation needed and ensure all the approval condition in credit memo are properly included in Credit Agreement. Additionally the successful incumbent would also be required to liaise with internal Legal Counsel in relation to non-standard documentation and verify the authorised person sign on the documentation as stated in Company’s Article of Association. Other responsibilities would include monitoring and following up on any pending credit activation, insurance, and property valuation report and collaborating with Relationship Manager should there be problems related to credit agreement.



Mandatory Skills



Bachelor degree in any discipline, but preferably from Law/Legal background is essential. Also required is minimum 3 – 6 years of experience particularly handling documentation/credit admin of corporate banking. In addition to this, you would also be expected to have knowledge on banking products and services, understand security documentation, be organized and has excellent administration skills and be able to communicate to all levels.
