Requirements:

* Hold a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university
* Has minimum 3 years experience in banking knowledge, operations and/or process review experience
* Has experience in managing database and reporting
* Have strong analytical skill, time management, presentation and interpersonal skills, and strong in number.
* Have Six Sigma qualification and statistic background
* Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity
