Field Collection Manager

Responsibilities:

* Leading collection team under their supervision.
* Responsible to manage field collector's and team leader's daily activities in order to achieve amount collected target and reduce credit cost and deliquency rate.
* Coaching and motivating the officers under their supervision.

Requirements:

* Male maximum 35 years old.
* Min. D3 Degree in any discipline, with min. GPA 2.75.
* Having experiences in collection (in finance and banking institution), min. 3 years.
* Having experiences as a teamleader or supervisor, min. 2 year.
* Having a good communication and interpersonal skill.
* High motivated and target oriented personality.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
