Trade Sales Officer (Jakarta Raya - Surabaya)


Responsibilities:

The role would expect you to build up a strong relationship with Correspondent Banking in relation with sales products while managing and maintaining a good relation with clients and promoting bank products to Financial Institution. You would be required to subsequently review sales targets achievement with Head of Trade by assists in open account, general instruction, provide update information while acting as the intermediary between Financial Institution in Indonesia and any of ANZ network points. In addition to this you would be required to attend and schedule client meetings to record minutes while maintaining client files and perform clerical duties.

Assisting the Head of Trade Finance in sales of trade finance products to achieve Business Unit’s target revenue and promoting trade sales products to customers and assisting to structure the products to deliver competitive features, terms and pricing that would be your other responsibilities. You would also be required to deal with customer in person or by telephone to resolve problems / complaint relating to discrepancies spotted on trade transaction while being responsible for providing a first check of trade finance transactions (export import and guarantee). Additionally when not busy actively assist other team members with their duties.

Requirements:

You would be required to provide customers with a high level of service by maintaining a good product knowledge, customer relationship and keeping up to date with changes and procedures and the Bank’s regulation/local legal and regulatory changes. You would need to possess the ability to protect customers and the Bank from losses bay maintaining skills and expertise in all international products and services, particularly in attention to detail contained in documents and recognition of transaction attributes with potential issues. Knowledge of trade products/risk together with an ability to identify sales opportunities with good analytical / communication skills and good understanding of front office processes / procedure would be advantageous.
