Credit Administration/Documentation Senior Officer




Major Responsibilities



The job holder would be expected to check and prepare facility letters and secure documentation needed and ensure all the approval condition in credit memo are properly included in Credit Agreement. Additionally the successful incumbent would also be required to liaise with internal Legal Counsel in relation to non-standard documentation and verify the authorised person sign on the documentation as stated in Company’s Article of Association. Other responsibilities would include monitoring and following up on any pending credit activation, insurance, and property valuation report and collaborating with Relationship Manager should there be problems related to credit agreement.



Mandatory Skills



Bachelor degree in any discipline, but preferably from Law/Legal background is essential. Also required is minimum 3 – 6 years of experience particularly handling documentation/credit admin of corporate banking. In addition to this, you would also be expected to have knowledge on banking products and services, understand security documentation, be organized and has excellent administration skills and be able to communicate to all levels.
