Risk Management Department Head


Responsibilities:

* Job Summary
o To manage and control Market, Liquidity and Operation Risk at optimised level based on top management risk appetite.

* Key Duties and Responsibilities
o Provide recommendation to top management regarding Market, Liquidity and Operation risk framework.
o Analyst and reviewer role, responsible to provide analysis and review for market, liquidity and operation risk area on: product, policy, procedure, limits setting, risk measurement tools and other issue
o Reporting role, responsible to provide risk report to management, parent bank, and external needs
o Regulatory / Institutional Compliance Role, responsible to comply with regulation and its implementation on market, liquidity and operation risk area.
o To resolve the customer complaints
o To implement contingency plan

* Reports to:
o Head of Risk Management Group

* Supervise:
o Market & Liquidity Risk Staff
o Operational Risk Staff

Requirements:

* Minimum Requirements
o Degree, preferable Post Degree in Finance / Risk Management
o 8 years working experience in Banking with: having experience in market risk and operation risk area.
o Fluent in English speaking and written
o Good in spread sheet

* Abilities / Skill Required
o Have an attentive and prudent personality
o Familiar with software application, such as Ms Office.
o Familiar with banking accounting, banking product & banking process
o Mandarin speaking would be an advantage
o High integrity, good interpersonal and communication skill
o Honest, efficient, willing to work under pressure & independently
