Project Manager

Responsibilities:

* Role summary :
* The position is responsible for the overall planning, implementing, and managing the system development projects and maintenance of various support systems for Sun Life Indonesia.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Preferred skill(s): J2EE, ASP, .NET.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Managers.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Good knowledge on systems development methodology
* Strong on requirements management and quality/acceptance testing
* Good business background on insurance, financial, or related operations within a company
* Good project management skills
* Experience in Negotiation
* Good leadership & motivational skills
* Experience in business process review
* Good communication & presentation skills
* Good interpersonal & customer service skills
* Good knowledge in conducting Cost Benefit Analysis for systems projects
* Sound planning and budgeting capability
