This role, reporting in to the Regional Manager Client Service – Asia is responsible for the servicing of clients within Cash Management - Asia. Providing the entry point and first experience for new customers the role of the Client Services Advisor is critical to delivery of new revenue and meeting customer expectations. In addition to this, your services extend to both complex and simple product fulfilment to support sales origination activities including, maintaining detailed records of activities, discussions, and agreed actions to ensure that information is accurate and issues are resolved promptly.
Leveraging the customer service proposition to act as a trusted customer service professional, you promote the service proposition by ensuring business partners are engaged appropriately, customer requests are actioned within a mutually acceptable time frame, and a proactive approach is taken to servicing clients. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will take it upon yourself to identify opportunities for process improvement, quality in service delivery, customer focus and implement process improvements either at own instigation or at the behest of Quality/Compliance, in line with ANZ’s risk and compliance policies.
Requirements:

Credit Administration/Documentation Senior Officer

Major Responsibilities
The job holder would be expected to check and prepare facility letters and secure documentation needed and ensure all the approval condition in credit memo are properly included in Credit Agreement. Additionally the successful incumbent would also be required to liaise with internal Legal Counsel in relation to non-standard documentation and verify the authorised person sign on the documentation as stated in Company’s Article of Association. Other responsibilities would include monitoring and following up on any pending credit activation, insurance, and property valuation report and collaborating with Relationship Manager should there be problems related to credit agreement.
Mandatory Skills
Bachelor degree in any discipline, but preferably from Law/Legal background is essential. ATM Support Manager

Qualification
Strong knowledge of ANZ’s products, services, processes and policies along with sound understanding of banking systems is essential to the role. Demonstrated commitment to superior Customer Service & Service Quality delivery and high performance level is essential. You would also be expected to possess excellent problem identification and resolution skills in addition to superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Knowledge and aptitude with MS products is mandatory.
Other basic requirements for the role would be proven analytical and decision making ability, capacity to maintain production in a pressured, diverse environment & ability to formulate and execute plans & schedules. Past experience in an EBS or IT environment with well established leadership potential or demonstrated project management experience/ ability would be advantageous. Also favorable would be knowledge of EBS system architecture (hardware and software) and computer literacy with Network and Communications knowledge.
