Corporate Finance Director

Responsibilities:

Primary duties associated with the portfolio of companies including:

- Conducting onsite meetings with senior cosporate management

- Performing analysis of key quantitative and qualitative factors

- Detailed financial modelling

- Presenting companies to the internal credit rating committee

- Communicating ratings and rating rationale to senior management

- Interacting with investors, sell-side analyst and media

- Public speaking on the sector

-Writing and publishing press realeses and research reports

Job requirements:

-Solid understanding of credit analysis

- Experience with high yield and leveraged credit type of analysis is desired

- High proficiency in financial statment and valuation analysis

- Ability to work both independently and as a team member

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, transaction-oriented environment

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is necessary
