Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

* Perform neat administration of facilities extended by the Bank
* Carry out custodian of all original collateral documents
* Produce reports accurately and promptly as required by Head Office, Central Bank (BI) and other regulatory bodies
* Ensure the branch operates smoothly in all aspects including Operations, Credit, Credit Admin and IT
* Ensure that the operation is in compliance with the established rules/ policies/guidelines
* Ensure no major audit comments
* Improve the profitability of the branch

Requirements:

* A Minimum of 5 years experience as a Branch Manager position in a joint venture or foreign bank
* Sound knowledge of credit and commercial lending and ability to structure trade finance deals is a prerequisite
* Have a good network of business contacts
* Fluent in English both spoken and written
* Degree from a recognized university
* Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work as a team
* Indonesian, minimum 35 years old
* PC literacy is expected
* Proven track record in identifying and developing new business
* Able to plan, organize and manage within the branch
