Responsibilities:
Delivering day to day services and handling customer complaints
* Handling client inquiries and correspondences relating to account balance, opening account, bank reference, etc
* Ensuring that client account documentation are updated and in order with regulations of BI
* Handle all documents relating to the opening and closing of client accounts Monitoring, controlling the customer balance in client accounts
* Assisting in all other operations activities when and where possible
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree from any discipline
* Minimum GPA 2.75 (from 4.00 scale)
* Good communication in English is a must
* Having a good interpersonal skill
* Fresh graduated are welcome, experienced in the same field are preferable
