Customer Relationship Management, Marketing & Branding

Responsibilities:

* Identify business & growth opportunity
* Market & competitor monitoring & analysis
* Product development & expansion
* Expand channel of acquisition & brand building
* Develop customer retention program & CRM capabilities
* Champion ideas from customer
* Market & organize for product innovation process.

Requirements:

* Having at least total 5 years experience in Marketing with Managerial Level
* Having experience in Product Development & Marketing (Banking or Financial background will be advantage)
* Having experience in developing marketing program based on Customer Relationship Management (Banking or Financial background will be advantage)
* Having experience in business development (Banking or Financial background will be advantage)
* Male / Female, Max 40 Years Old
* Degree in Any Major
* English Proficiency (both oral and written)
