Assistant Vice President, Delivery Internet Banking

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the strategic development and growth of the internet business through the consumer Internet portal
* Actively identify business development opportunities to increase the awareness, profitability & adoption of internet based services and products
* Develop and manage the internet business model through a sales & revenue framework
* Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies and trend analysis to keep abreast of industry development and identify opportunities and threats for the internet business
* Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, IT, product managers and external parties to develop and rollout innovative services and functionalities for different customer segments
* Engage with local/global business partners for collaboration in development of leading-edge internet financial services and joint business applications
* Work with internal marketing/CRM and customer teams to identify key target segments, formulate plans to acquire and educate customers, strategically drive up acquisition, usage and sales volume
* Manage the CFS internet based service/systems, provide solutioning and put in place relevant customer service support.
* Analyse and manage ongoing enhancements and new product initiatives

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years in internet banking experience
* Strong business acumen, financial and analytical skills to drive the internet business to achieve the desired results.
* Good strategic planning and critical thinking skills.
* Deep understanding of web behaviour, internet usability and internet capabilities. Keen interest in internet evolution, changing technologies and trends
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to engage and foster collaboration with internal business units and external partners.
* Strong project management and problem solving abilities to drive business initiatives from conceptualisation to launch.
* Good understanding of internal and external regulations and compliance related to internet banking and technology.
* Creative, resourceful and possess self-drive.
* Strong team player as well as able to work independently
