Relationship Associates, Enterprise Banking

Responsibilities:

You will attend to our SME customers’ needs and queries. Besides handling transactional and operational matters, you will, with the Relationship Managers, service customers’ needs by providing them with the full range of financial products and services. You will play a role in helping to build and strengthen customer relationship. You will also prepare reports and statistics for your customers and your team. High-performing Relationship Associates will be groomed to become Relationship Managers.

Requirements:
You should possess a degree/diploma in Business or related discipline with at least 1 year of working experience, preferably in a commercial bank or financial institution. A customer-oriented individual with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills will do well in the job.
