COMMUNICATION/PUBLIC RELATION MANAGER


Key Responsibilities:

* Oversees the entire operation of communications unit, which mainly entails:
- Acting as public relations representatives for PTBC
- Interacting with external and internal stakeholders with an aim to projecting
a positive perception of the bank
- Developing and overseeing all project-wide public relations programs
* Oversees development and execution of strategic communications plan in conjunction with corporate plans & initiatives, and other department
* Supports Managements efforts in building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key external stakeholders (including media and customers)
* Oversees internal communications programs
* Manages communications budget
* Ensures all public relations activities are carried out in accordance with PTBC risk profiles and regulatory requirement
* Champions projects include (but not limited to): content management for website and intranet, CSR Project, etc

Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable university with IPK > 3.00
* Minimum of 5 (five) years experience in related area
* Have good leadership skill and Management & Planning
* A strategic thinker, self motivated and results-oriented
* Able to form strategic relationship and influence others
* Able to work with all levels and communicate with clarity
* Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English is a must
