AVP CCC Development & Expansion (Job Code: CCC – 08)

Requirements:

* Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
* Has minimum 6 years experience in area collection or operation
* Has experience in handling recruitment, training and development will be preferred
* Has experience in handling outsourcing agency and setting up branch in term of resourcing will be an advantage
* Strong project management and interpersonal skill
* Demonstrate firm but tactful manner
* Proficiency in English and Computer Literate are required
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity
