* The jobholder is responsible to verify and handle customers’ request received, while in the same time providing excellent maintenance service to cardholders within agreed service standards
Requirements:
* Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
* Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
* Understand Credit Card Business and HUB System will be preferred
* Proficient in English and computer literate are required
* Reliable, pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity
