Responsibilities:
* Lead L&D team consist of 5 people
* Plan, execute or conduct and evaluate overall training programs for the bank
* Manage and control training budget
* Develop curriculum, syllabus and schedule of trainings
* Develop competency development program
* Develop and deliver soft skill and leadership trainings
* Lead talent review and HiPo determination process
* Manage Performance Appraisal, including mid year review process
* Roll out and lead Management Development Program
* Manage training premises, logistics and its arrangements
* Manage cross country staff exchange program
* Liaise with local and overseas training vendors
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree; overseas graduate would be an advantage
* 5-8 hands on experience in training, preferably from banking, insurance or any financial service companies
* Able to design, deliver and evaluate trainings
* Familiar with Competency Development Concept
* Good communication in English is a must
* Strong presentation and negotiation skill
