Requirements:
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 6-8 years experience in working for the collections department of a financial institution. A working knowledge of collection strategies, processes, and procedures in compliance with collection goal and objectives, a demonstrated Cards experience with a strong knowledge of credit card systems is highly desirable.

An efficient communicator with excellent problem solving skills, you will have a way with people and this translates into relationship building and networking - a team player, ready to step into the shoes of a coach as and when the team needs it.
