Responsibilities:

* Manage, coach and motivate the staff at the Branch to achieve the challenging sales targets of financial products
* Deliver stringent service quality standards at the Branch
* Manage operations risk

Requirements:

* University degree
* At least 5 years' experience in the banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in financial product sales
* Strong interpersonal communication skills in English
* Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently as well as in a team
