Responsibilities:
* Assist to establish, cultivate & maintain good working relationship with the given partners in order to optimise business opportunities & to ensure customers and partner’s satisfaction.
* Responsible for managing activities related to the new business. This includes planning, scheduling, proposing, developing & implementing promotion events as well as working with other business partners to deliver business results.
* Provide inputs for execution of marketing programs such as direct mails, telemarketing & liaison with vendors or agencies to support the marketing activities.
* Develop business plans & targets with the given partners including providing support to joint activities such as roadshows, campaigns, events & etc.
* Develop and ensure long term working relations & help promote profitability with business partners.
* Analyse and evaluate key developments and business partner activities to develop / recommend ideas for new business initiatives.
* Monitor marketing activities & provide advice / recommendations to maximise effectiveness and to ensure targets achievement.
Requirements:
* At least a Diploma from tertiary institution.
* Min. 3 years of relevant working experience.
* Proactive, high level of initiative and passion for business development.
* Sound written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with people of various levels.
* A highly sociable individual with excellent negotiation skills.
* Independent yet a team player.
* Able to work irregular hours as and when required.
