Responsibilities:

* The jobholder is responsible to build, develop, and enhanced internal sales team which are motivated, focused, aggressive and professional to ensure achievement of the aggressive Personal Banking sales target.

Requirements:

* Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
* Has minimum 1 year experience as sales in Financial / Banking Institution
* Strong communication skills
* Enthusiastic to show his extra mile effort
* Creative person to achieve success
* High resilience person
* Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity
* Willing to be placed at Surabaya
