Responsibilities:
* The jobholder is responsible to increase/grow market share of Commercial Banking customers and eventually to maximize shareholder value in line with the strategic and operating objectives; must plan, coordinate, coach, motivate, lead, and monitor the sales team in ensuring achievement of the acquisition objectives.
Requirements:
* Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
* Has minimum 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in banking
* Good knowledge on Bank’s products and procedures
* Sufficient sales coordination skill
* Proficient in English and computer literate are required
* Reliable, pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity
