Requirements:

* Hold S1 or S2 from any major – min. GPA 3,25
* Maximum age 24 years old
* Good and Active in English. Additional of Mandarin language is preferable.
* Have high motivation and achievement spirit
* Good communication and high interpersonal skills are essential
* Available and Commit to attend 3 - 4 months full day training about banking and Korean language

The Program
Selected individuals will under go an intensive 3 – 4 months full day training in BINUS University, and followed by 8 – 9 months targeted on the job training coached by aour managers.
After passing the first one year participants will get permanent employment with another year retain service period.
