Customer Care Manager


Requirements:

You will be required to understand clearly all product knowledge and policy, understand clearly central bank's regulation on handling customer complaints and also understand how ANZ works.You should also have a good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Good excellent writing and speaking skills would also be prefered.

Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Care Manager. Tertiary qualifications in Banking/ Financal Institution would be preferred. Good knowledge of financial and analytical skills would be required with an expected knowledge of public communication/ relations skills.
