QA & People Development Supervisor

Requirements:

4-5 years experience in People Development Supervisor.Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Management, Public Relations, or International Studies would be an advantage.You would be expected to have computer knowledge of MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint.Also good communication in english and bahasa would be expected.

The role expects a focus on the concept of Sales colony emphasis: on being creative, innovative, and finding the best “know-how” of tapping customers at predetermined target market; understanding of all aspects of day-to-day direct sales & colony operations and application processing, along with familiarity with spreadsheet usage to an intermediate level. along with deep understanding about sales behaviour and sales operations.

Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
