Should be good at handling cross department involvement in implementing process and also leading the Team. Should be able to explain to staff what is expected of them in their roles and checks their understanding.

Tertiary qualification related to economy, finance and marketing. A good knowledge in cards industry is an added advantage. You also should project coordination and communication across departments. Strong interpersonal capabilities, leadership and time management capabilities will be an advantage.
