Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of collection officers.
* Provides leadership and assistance in project implementation and ensures that policies, guidelines, regulations and standard set are met and adhered to.
* Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements.
* Liaises with other departments on work related matters.
* Handles customers’ queries, complaints and feedback.
* Leads the team in providing support and assistance to the collection Unit Manager.
Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor degree from a reputable university
* Has a minimum of 3 years in collection/ call center/ admin credit/ banking operation.
* Has good communication, interpersonal, personal organization, and negotiation skills
* Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity
