Responsibilities :
a. To lead and develop customer acquisition executive
b. To meet monthly and annual target
c. To monitor customer acquisition executive activities consistently
d. To grow a strong team member
e. To supervise customer acquisition executive to meet their target
f. Execute, comply, and maintain audit requirements and procedures
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree from reputable local or overseas universities
-Minimum 2 years experience in managing sales team, excellent leadership and organizing sales team
-Minimum 2 years in banking institution experience
-High commitment to grow in sales career and ready to work with sales target (target oriented)
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-English speaking preferred
